MarkVanish is a free browser-based tool for removing small watermarks, logos, text, and stamps from images without uploading the image to a server.

What the tool does

You choose an image, paint over the area you want to remove, and run the cleanup. The page uses your browser’s Canvas features to rebuild the selected area from nearby pixels. The result can be downloaded as a PNG file.

Why it works locally

Images can be personal or confidential. MarkVanish keeps the editing process in the browser, so the site does not receive the image you choose. Closing or refreshing the page clears the current editing session.

Who maintains the site

MarkVanish is independently built and maintained under the MarkVanish name. The goal is to provide a focused image-cleanup tool with clear limits, simple controls, and no required account.

Responsible use

Use the tool only on images you own or have permission to edit. MarkVanish does not determine whether you have the right to remove a watermark and cannot grant rights to an image.
